Marc was a member and then chair of a Florida Bar Grievance committee for the 15th Judicial Circuit in the State of Florida, is a current member of the Mediation Qualifications Discipline & Review Board (appointed by the Supreme Court of Florida), is a current mediator and arbitrator in the Florida Bar Grievance Mediation & Fee Arbitration Program, and is a current mediator and arbitrator for FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority); as such Marc has a unique understanding of fiduciary relationships and the breach thereof.
